About Mr. Green
Greetings!
My name is Terrance Green. I teach Health and Physical Education at Penns Valley Area High School. I am entering my 6th year teaching at Penns Valley and my 11th year teaching overall. I LOVE teaching at Penns Valley and being a part of the Valley!!

ROOTS
- Originally from Glenside, PA
- A suburb of Philadelphia located in Montgomery County, PA
- Home to the famous Keswick Theater and Arcadia University (formerly Beaver College)
- 2006 graduate of Upper Dublin High School
- Fort Washington, PA located in Montgomery County, PA
- Played Baseball, Football, Basketball & Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field
- Member of the marching band (Upper Dublin High School Marching Cardinals)
- Drumline: Bass Drum (Bass 4)
CURRENT LIFE
- Reside in Pennsylvania Furnace with my wife, Laura, and our three children, Abby, Timmy, and Quinlynn
- Resided in Central PA ever since I came to Lock Haven University in 2006 and have never left. I love it here!
COACHING
- Entering 13th year of coaching high school athletics
- Current Head Girls Basketball Coach (2019-Present)
- Previous Head Coach at Central Mountain High School in the following sports:
- Cross Country (2011-2019)
- Girls Basketball (2015-2018)
- Track and Field (2014-2015)
EDUCATION
- Lock Haven University, 2011: B.S. Ed. Degree in Health and Physical Education
- Minor in Sports and Exercise Psychology
- Bloomsburg University, 2013: M.S. Degree in Exercise Science
- Member of the Lock Haven University Marching Bald Eagle Band
- Percussionist: Bass Drum (Bass 5/4)
- Drum major for my final year
- Completed my first student teaching placement at Central Mountain Middle School
- Completed my second student teaching placement in Dublin, Ireland, at Ballinteer Community School
SPORTS
Baseball is my passion! I have played since I was the age of 4. I also enjoy basketball, football, soccer, and hockey as well. I am a DIE-HARD fan of the following professional and collegiate teams:
