Things I love: Reading, Traveling, and Teaching

I grew up just outside Philadelphia and love everything Philly. I visit there often. I moved here with my husband in 2020 and have also loved living in Penns Valley. I have 5 cats: Kittyfish, Little Cat, Taco, Picatso, and Meowse.

I have my bachelor’s degree in Teacher Education from Drexel University and my master’s degree in Reading from Cabrini College. I've been teaching since 2007 with a few years off when I had my kids. I have taught science, math, and reading. My first teaching job was teaching environmental science in the Redwoods of California. I have since taught in Rhode Island and Georgia.
