About Mrs. Keller

 

 

 

This year will mark the start of my 34th year of teaching and my 33rd year of teaching in Penns Valley!   I am a PROUD 1986 graduate of Penns Valley High School and upon graduation, furthered my education at Lock Haven University.   I received my Bachelor of Science in Special Education degree in May 1990.   My first teaching experience was as an elementary learning support teacher in a local school district for grades

3-5.  In April of 1991, I began my teaching career with Penns Valley.  Since then, I have achieved "highly qualified" status in Middle School Math.  In addition to my responsibilities to students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), I have served as a co-teacher in middle school math classes.  

 

I am the proud parent of two Penns Valley graduates, Clarissa Alcorn and David Keller.  I am a grandparent to a spunky little red-headed granddaughter.  My husband, David, also a Penns Valley graduate, has a stream restoration business.  We have been life-long residents of Penns Valley. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, the outdoors, and raising our two labrador retrievers.
